The Potter’s Shop is glad to be one of Wisconsin’s only full service kiln repair technicians. We are certified and will repair most kilns manufactured by L&L, Skutt, Paragon, Olympic, and Amaco.

Kiln Repair Services

Teachers: Please check with your district office, school administer or bookkeeper about the process you need to go through to get approval for our kiln repair services. We work with several agencies and each is different. Generally, each school is responsible for payment unless other arrangements are made in advance. Thank you.

Additional costs may include:

Kiln Parts: elements, switches, knobs, relays, wiring, etc. We can order and handle all kiln parts from all manufacturers, etc.
Shipping fee on parts
Brick patch or kiln wash based on usage
Kiln set-up: Cost varies by kiln model and any extras such as vent systems and/or location. Please call for details.
