Want to Join the Clay Studio?

The Potter's Shop in Waukesha is the only ceramic facility in Southeastern Wisconsin that offers 24/7 member access, providing independent and unlimited studio access. Members are required to have enough clay experience to work independently. Our studio members have access to five pottery wheels, for large work tables, personal storage space, slab roller, extruder, spray booth, studio glazes, six electric kilns, kitchenette, and free parking. All new members are given a studio orientation that includes instruction in the use of all our equipment as well as studio processes and policies.  Members are responsible for cleaning up after themselves, being responsible, and respectful of other members and their work.

All equipment and tools are available on a first come, first serve basis.  

Due to the unsupervised 24/7 access our membership allows, the primary member must be 18 or older.

One of the distinctive features that sets us apart from other clay studios is the ability to experiment and work in all options of clay. Since we are a full distributor of all Laguna and Standard clays and glazes, we also offer over 100 other different clay bodies for special order.

Membership Fees

$95/month *Recurring payment on credit card required

Membership acceptance is based on applicant experience and availability of studio equipment & space.
